How long your order takes to arrive, and how to send it back if the fit is not right.

Order placed
You will get an order confirmation by email straight away.

Dispatched
UK orders leave us within one working day. You will receive a tracking link as soon as the parcel is on its way.

Delivered
UK delivery normally takes 2–4 working days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees.

Outside the UK
For the Republic of Ireland and mainland Europe, email us before ordering and we will confirm the shipping cost and the likely delivery window.
Returns
Three ways an order can come back

| Exchange for another size | 30 days from delivery | The unworn pair plus a note telling us the size you want |

How to return
Four steps, no forms
- Email us with your order number and what you would like to do.
- We reply with the return instructions and the address to send it to.
- Send the pair back, unworn, with the tags on.
- We refund to your original payment method once it is back with us.
This does not affect your statutory rights. Faulty or incorrectly described items are covered separately and we pay the return postage.
